Refund Policy

Training fees

If you cancel a training registration before the intake starts, we refund your payment less any bank or processing charges. Once training has begun, fees are generally non-refundable except in extenuating circumstances agreed in writing.

Products

If a physical product arrives damaged or faulty, contact us within 7 days with your order details and we will repair, replace or refund it. Digital products are non-refundable once downloaded.

How to request a refund

Email info@greengoldsolarsolutions.co.ke with your order or registration reference and the reason. We aim to respond within three business days.
